Another clue:
Launch Google from the browser and search for:
command not available switchboard
or
command not available switchboard 2003
or
command not available switchboard acc2003
And see of any of the following helps.

Sometimes you get an error like that if
the tools/references are wrong.
Perhaps you can try to open an older MDB,
that is working, go to modules, open one
in design mode, and write down the tools
references settings.
Then check the MDB that isn't working.
Changing the tools/references the same.

Subject: [AccessD] Switchboard Manager command
I am using Access 2003 for the current app, and I have tried to add the
Switchboard Manager to the set of Switchboards I've built up, but I can't
make it work. Does anyone know how to do this? I just get a "command not
available" message.
TIA,
Arthur
