[AccessD] Faxing reports from Access

Thanks Kath,

I have that article and was going to use it, but then found that the 
server that it would be run on doesn't have a modem or phone attached to it :'(

They do have a couple of printers that are available, and these do 
have fax software but neither of them seem to enable external 
commands from within other applications like WinFax does :-(

Will keep everyone posted.
