[AccessD] Faxing reports from Access

I use Zetafax from Equinox http://www.equisys.com/index.html . It's not
cheap but if you're an Outlook/Exchange user it's so simple because all you
do is send an "email" but to a fax number. Zetafax picks it up and faxes it.
You do need a fax modem on the Exchange server though of course.
