[AccessD] Snapshot is strange

It turned out to be the default printer.  I asked them to preview the report
to see if it looked right, and to check the default printer.  They did so
and found that the printer was not the one she was supposed to be using.
Fixed that and things work.

...are you opening it from a shortcut? ...the shortcut properties could be
screwing up the display.
