[AccessD] Upper Case Input Mask

Arthur,

I think this is a Formatting character, i.e. it causes the data to 
*display* as upper case, but does not actually modify the data itself. 
I agree with Darren, that using the UCase() function, or the StrConv() 
function which for some reason I tend to prefer, on After Update is the 
way to go.
