[AccessD] Extend Switchboard Manager

Is the source code for Switchboard Manager available? I like to use this
tool but it irritates me that the imposed limit on # of items is 8,
especially given today's large screens. The 8-item limit made sense way back
when but now it's silly, given the screen estate available. I have built a
couple of work-arounds to let me add items beyond 8, but it would be so much
simpler to revise the existing code, preserve all its niceties, and be able
to expand its max-number to whatever I wish.

So, is the original source for Switchboard Manager available anywhere?
