Robert/Arthur: Thanks for the insights. Upgrading Office would seem to be the logical solution. However, the cost of upgrading 1000 employees from XP to 2007 would be a bit high. You cannot use Access to make changes in the database any longer. You will have to use Management Studio to do it from now on.
