[AccessD] Office 2003 SP3 Hotfix

It'll be Okay Rocky. Honestly. And if it's not, you work for yourself. It's 
not like anybody can fire you! ;)

Seriously -- bloggers are saying it works fine, but then, I didn't install 
SP3, so I can't give you any personal experience. :)
