It's off.  I turned it off about 6 years ago.  Buggy feature.  I assume
you're talking about Track Name and not the Spelling Autocorrect?

IIRC, this has something to do with a bug in the AutoCorrect settings. What
the relationship between the two is, I never could understand, but try
turning AutoCorrect off and then check what happens to your report settings.
