I see. Yes, the refresh interval should make all the difference if you're going to use bound forms that way. I have put the data on the server. Then on two of the machines, I start up the program and open the same data entry continuous form. On one machine the form is an edit/update form, on the other it is a view only form. The idea being that when a record is deleted or changed I set a flag, the OnTimer event for the view machine checks for this flag, if it finds it, it refreshes/requeries the view form. I was running a .1% scenario, "What if one user was viewing the data while another user deleted a bunch of records one right after the other real quickly", what would happen to the display on the view machine. Somtimes, not always I could trip up the program and cause error messages to be displayed. By reducing the refresh interval this problem seems to have gone away.
