[AccessD] Missing library?

Drives me nuts Rocky, and we all know for me it's really just a short 
walk -- most irritating thing to come along in a long time.

Gustav:

When you switch from one version of Access to another on the machine that
has them all installed, do you get that "Installing..." message and the 1-2
minute delay?  I get that when switching from 03<-->07.
