[AccessD] Missing library?

It tells that the install failed ... and then it launches anyway.

The biggie is the switch to A2007 - several minutes if you don't cancel it. Same issue for Word and Excel but code to disable the reinstall for these exist on the net - however, for Access it is not that easy. No cure yet, and MS seems to not bother at all.

Yes and no. I am prepared and close that box as soon as it appears. That
stops the "reinstall". Access may complain later but no issues seem to
arise.

It's only for A2002/XP, A2003, and A2007. A97 and A2000 launch in a couple
of seconds. A2.0 has its own life.

When you switch from one version of Access to another on the machine that
has them all installed, do you get that "Installing..." message and the 1-2
minute delay?  I get that when switching from 03<-->07.
