[AccessD] Missing library?

Well, Gustav hits the cancel and ignores the warning.  Does that work for
you?  I'm out of town at the moment and don't have a machine to test on but
I'm curious.

======Sometimes, clicking Cancel works, sometimes it doesn't. Clicking the 
Close button seems to be more consistent in stopping it in its tracks, but 
still not always. About half the time, the system just locks up for a few 
minutes.
