======John, there's an old problem with missing references, and you probably 
already know about it, so this information probably isn't going to help. In 
the VBE, choose References from the Tools menu and review the entire list. 
You're looking for the word "Missing" next to one of your referenced 
libraries. If you find one with the word "Missing" -- uncheck it, compact 
and repair, and then reselect it.
