[AccessD] Access Requests

I'd like an easy way to convert an old-style switchboard system to a
new-style (A2K7) custom navigation pane (I forget what it's called and I
only have A2K7 installed on my notebook which is at home so I can't check,
but that pane on the left which replaces the database window).
