[AccessD] ActiveDocument.SaveAs fails, Get "Server threw an exception" (UNCLASSIFIED)

I have a dB that creates a word document based on a template, but when
it gets to the point where is tries to save it using the
ActiveDocument.SaveAs method, I get this error 

	"-2147417851: Automation Error
	The Server threw an exception."

This worked without any problems in Office 2003, but stop when I
upgraded to Office 2007.  I tried reverting back to 2003, but I still
get the error now.

Does anybody know how to fix this?
