[AccessD] SQL - Alternative to using NOT IN Clause

That would be a straightforward Unmatched query for which there is a wizard
when you hit the New button in the query window.

Somebody posted an alternative to NOT IN (something to do with testing for
nulls) but for the life of me, I cannot find it now that I need it.
