[AccessD] Access 2007 conversion weirdness

I started with an Access 2003 FE database, decompiled, re-compiled,
compacted in Access 2003.  Size: 41mb.  I opened it in Access 2007 then
saved it into Access 2007 format, compiled and compacted it.  Size: 32mb.  I
then created a new empty Access 2007 database and imported all objects from
the Access 2003 database, compiled, compacted, decompiled, re-compiled,
compacted again.  Size: 108mb.  Wha??????  All three versions seem to work
OK.
