John, Not saying it is related...but your reference to dao360 reminded me of something. I had an issue March 07 where something started breaking on machines...mdb would no longer compile...references seemed to be fine...just would no longer work. There is a thread in the archives "references and errors"(I searched 'matte and dao360'). I finally found that 'sometimes' dao 3.51 is required to be on the machine...NOT SELECTED...just on the machine.
