[AccessD] Appending RTF Files

Found some code this morning, for doing just that with Word. Funny 
though just as I was starting to implement it, I got a phone call from 
the client saying "not to worry about appending right now".  Jeez and I 
thought only "bone-headed" programmers worked on the weekends.
