[AccessD] Trigger An Event by Changing Records in a Continuous Form?

On a continuous subform, I would like to trigger an event when a different
record is viewed, either because the mouse wheel was used or because the
scrollbar was used.

Is there a way to do this?  Somewhere an event is being triggered because
conditional formatting will be used to reformat comboboxes and textboxes.
