[AccessD] Report Grouping for Financial Years

You can group by the financial year:
  
  =Year(DateAdd("m", -3, [YourDate]))

Hi,I am trying to create a report based on Financial Years grouping.  The
default grouping gives Calendar Years.
Is there anyway I can group by Financial Years (1 April to 31st March).
