[AccessD] Debug Stopped

This will happen if you have USE ACCESS SPECIAL KEYS unchecked in the startup 
options of the mdb (or if you have "unset" that option in code.)

You should only uncheck this option when you have finished working with your application 
and are ready to distribute it!!
