[AccessD] OT: Web site photo album

Bits v Bytes, JC.

500 Kbps (lower case bits) equates to an effective 50KBps (upper case Bytes) after protocol 
overhead.

 A 3MB collage should theoretically  take  about  60 seconds over that line
