If it is a "number" that is displayed and not "acted" upon then format it as
a string and you can put whatever you want in it.

Subject: [AccessD] Decimal point with no places to the right

Dear List:

Is it possible to format a number in a bound text box with zero decimal
places to the right of the decimal point but still display the decimal
point?
