[AccessD] Training Records Database

Access 2007 has a bunch of example data bases one of which probably covers
training. I took a quick look at the MS site, but as usual finding something
isn't easy.

Does anyone have a training records database I could get from them as a
starting point for a new one?

Basically I need to track: Course, Participant(s), Instructor(s), Location,
Date(s), Time(s)
