hmmm...

Function ExportForm(strFrmName As String, strExportPath As String)
     Application.SaveAsText acForm, strFrmName, strExportPath
End Function

That is the code that exported the form.  Export a form in 97 and look at that number.  Then place 
that number in the code for the form I sent.
