[AccessD] I have to work too!

I have to go to work for awhile now.  Stuff that needs my attention.  Please work through the things 
I have written and feel free to ask questions, or make comments.  A discussion among yourselves 
would be nice to let people (and me) know how much you have figured out from this, what still 
puzzles you, what you would like to see etc.

Please speak up folks.

I will get to RaiseEvents but I do have to do some other stuff first.
