[AccessD] Find First in an Array?

Probably be more efficient to load only the language the user asks for.
They can only use one at a time anyway.

However, one complication, if they're using Chinese the font on the control
has to be changed to Arial Unicode MS.

Is the objective to have all languages loaded into the cache, or to load one
language into the cache, and simply reload the cache if the user selects a
different language?
