[AccessD] Find First in an Array? - The Solution

...have to agree ...I'm interested in a fast, efficient solution here 
because I have a need where offices using an app of mine will have people 
with different primary languages using it ...so far, they've lived with 
English ...but the error rate goes up significantly when a primary Spanish, 
Portuguese, or Creole speaker uses it ...the ability to switch language on 
the fly is becoming a necessity ...and it has to be done from an mde.
