Well we just went through a period of snow every day for 2 weeks straight, including on Christmas. We are all just sick to death of snow, in all its manifestations. Bah humbug! I'm off to bed with some chocolate and a good book. He came here Dec. 6 two days before the weather went down the toilet in the Midwest. It's been cold but not really that nasty this winter. So by end of week he'll probably get a real taste of Midwest winter. Hunker down. Hope you got some good books. Actually sounds a bit romantic. But I grew up in Chicago. I know what a PITA it is after about 2 days. Another big storm is hitting the Pacific Northwest. I got off the bus about 5:00 pm, a couple of blocks from my place. It had been dreary with a dank, cold rain all day. I go into Safeway for about 15 minutes to pick up some groceries. Walked out of Safeway and BOOM! White out conditions. And already about 1/4 inch on the ground and it's sticking, oh yes, it is STICKING. And you flatlanders will be getting it by about Tuesday or so. Well there was no help for it -- time for a big pot of pasta (whole grain rice, very tasty, holds up well in cooking and digests well too) in a thick tomato sauce with basil and feta. Nothing like the scent of sauteeing red onion and peppers, is there. Come on over, but bring your sleeping bags in case you can't make it back tonight. ;-) Regards, Karen Rosenstiel Seattle WA USA -----Original Message----- From: accessd-bounces at databaseadvisors.com [mailto:accessd-bounces at databaseadvisors.com] On Behalf Of Susan Harkins Sent: Sunday, January 04, 2009 4:37 PM To: AccessD at databaseadvisors.com Subject: [AccessD] 2007 security Since MS removed the security model from Access 2007, what are you guys doing to secure a 2007 database?
