[AccessD] Fw: 2007 security

I've never tried it, but I would be surprised if it worked that way.
You would have no way to manage the security because the 2007 tools
don't provide for it on a 2007 format file.

I read that if you convert a secured 2003 database to 2007, the security
model will remain.

There's no security on the 2007 formats.  If you choose an older file
format for your data file, you still get security, but only on the older
format file.
