[AccessD] limit the number of records in a group

I know we've had a number of discussions about how to limit the number of 
records for a group and I even wrote about it -- a simple technique for 
doing this in a report.

I seem to remember that it can also be done with a subquery -- I've checked 
the archives, but I'm not coming up with anything.
