[AccessD] I can't find the property that controls whether the properties pane is visible

This is weird! I've looked on all the tabs and cannot find it! I used to
know where it lived, on the Other tab, but it does not seem to be there.I
need to hide all the property sheets for all the controls on all the forms
within the app. I'm developing in A2K3 and I'm on Vista while the client is
on XP with all the patches.
