Susan, I *think* you will find that on a CF all you need to do is make sure the form is bigger than > 1 times the size of one instance of the data in the form. Then when you open it click on Windows Re-Size, the system should resize to fit as many *entries* that it can do. If you haven't made it "more than one instance in size" then that is all it will show. If you make it 3.5 time size then it will resize to 3. Ie, if your entry has data over 3 lines in one data instance and you make the form (between the header and footer), say 25 lines and you then save and open, then Windows/resize, it will resize down to 8 x data entries each of 3 lines in height. Does any of that make sense. Easier to do then to say..
