[AccessD] subform close

I'm just curious, but what about instead of closing the subform,
changing it to a 0" height and then resizing the parent form so there
isn't an "ugly blank space" to deal with.
I would think that in design mode, the subform height can be small and
then resized when it is needed in the form view.
