[AccessD] Create subform record when form record is created

I don't have access to Access at the moment (!) but if you set up the
relationship correctly and in the properties of the sub tables, set the
default to "A" for available, then each time you create a new parent record
it will automatically create the sub tables if set up correctly.

No coding required.  With the Form you will just see the records appear.
