[AccessD] SPAM-LOW: Skill Zones

I'd really appreciate it if you could find this SysVars demo.  I've been
working on a self-assigned project to handle semi-constant control
information using classes (I assume this is what you're referring to), and
I'd be interested to see how you handled it.
