[AccessD] Access 2007 Report Designer

Arthur,

Ctrl+Arrow was I think up to Access 2000, and since then, just the arrow 
keys needed to move controls around in report and form design.

But if you used the wizard to create your report, you might need to go to 
the Arrange tab on the report design ribbon, and click 'Remove' to un-group 
the controls.  Either that, or look for the little 4-way arrow to the top 
left of the selected label to move the controls as a group.
