Really.  And denying the claim - stupid. I wonder if there's any follow up
on this story.  Generally when you shine a light on a company like that
they suddenly find a way to do the right thing.

And another question: how long will the moderators let us get away with
this thread?

LOL, the story implies that they were THROWING the instruments (which
doesn't surprise me!) which is 
a no-no regardless of what the case looks like.
