[AccessD] Simple web project

I need some advice. My wife is on the PTA. She (I as her husband) was tasked with a simple
database for tracking volunteer work for the PTA. They have to track (they get "credit" for) hours
that volunteers put in.

This is drop dead simple for an Access database, tblVolunteer, tblVolunteerHours, and MAYBE
tblLocation. Plus a report to get the data out. The problem of course is that a database requires
Access (or a runtime installation). Thus...

Because it is such a simple database, I am thinking of doing it as a .Net application and make it
available on the web so that any authorized person can enter the data or run the report.

Questions (how do I do):

1) Web hosting?
2) Security model?
3) Other issues I am not even considering?
4) Which .Net product?

Comments and advice requested.
