Dear List: As you can see from the email below, the function to add a date to the Outlook calendar works except, as I thought, it goes to his personal calendar and not the shared one. Does anybody know offhand how one points to a different calendar when automating Outlook from Access? I will try and call later in the afternoon today (I have a presentation at lunch time that will zap all of my brainpower). Outlook It works!!!! Amazing. However, it sets the due date in my calendar rather than the "Arens Group Jobs In Public Folder" calendar. Also, all we need is the file number in the calendar because that calendar is only for internal due dates. Thus, we don't need any works like "due on this date," etc. Sales Inventory I forgot to include the invoice number on this report. Also, I forgot to mention that we would like this report to work basically the same way as the appraisal job report in that you can choose to run all, complete, active, etc. Thanks, Scott _____ From: Rocky Smolin [mailto:rockysmolin at bchacc.com] Sent: Wednesday, June 17, 2009 6:49 AM To: Scott Subject: AMS Update Scott: I sent an update yesterday but I still have a couple of questions. One is about adding dates to the Outlook calendar. It is working locally but I haven't figured out yet how to point to a custom or shared calendar that is not the default calendar in the user's installation of Outlook. It may be, however, that the shared calendar is the default calendar on your network, in which case the appointment will be added to the right calendar. So I'd like to test that with you and also go over a couple of the other changes. Please call when you have a couple of minutes. Regards, Rocky
