Hi Gutav at al,

Yes, we can try PopFly.

There is another alternative we can try to use for this small project: MS Live SkyDrive - anybody with hotmail account, which is free can have 25GB of "SkyDrive disk" space and share files over it. One can also create groups in MS Live and use them as communication media. Shoudl we try that route first of all?

I have also Gmail account and I can send invitation to join GMail for team members who do not have GMail accounts then we can use many Gmail free features. I ilke Gmail and all realted stuff but I must say I use a few of it.

But maybe if if working with MS software we should try MS Live firsy of all?

Thank you.
