[AccessD] Changing Table Names

Keith,

I think John was suggesting that turning on Auto Correct can cause problems.
One of the nice things about Find and Replace is you can select whether you
want to check forms, tables queries etc and you can also make changes one at
a time looking at the code where the changes will be made to make sure you
agree, or you can change all and hope you didn't use the word you are
changing someplace in the app that you did not want to change.

It really is cool and has never caused a problem for me.

Bill

Well...I'm the only one using it...so that part isn't a concern. But,
certainly, I don't want to corrupt it. :) My application is fairly
simple....mostly just queries that churn and burn data from our SQL
accounting application. Big concern on the corruption??

I also use this tool.

OTOH turning on the property in the database mostly kinda sorta works.

Options / General / Name autocorrect.

OTOH it might also corrupt your database, slow things down, allow users
to change things
unintentionally etc.
