[AccessD] Figuring the date...opposite request

Hi Mark

DatePart works (it is used in my function) but the first and/or the last values for year-week span New Year.
It has, however, always had a bug for week numbers of non-leap years which you have to correct for ... see the in-line comments.

I hate to make assumptions...but "DatePart("yyyy",[date],1,3)" just doesn't work/ignores the arguments?
