In the Control Pane - User Accounts - Turn User Account Control on or off. or Edit the Registry: Set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\System\EnableLUA to 0 or Run MSConfig from a command prompt.
