[AccessD] EatBloat

Hi Guys,
I have just send Steve E. and William an updated version (4.1) of the
EatBloat program.  There was a bug in the V4 which did not import the last
item in a multi-slected list of items.  I think this was also present in V3.

If you use this at all let me know and I will send it on to you.
