[AccessD] FMS Article on the new features in Access 2007

I agree, we aren't Access' future, but MS hasn't left us out -- you can do 
just about anything you'd like with the Express suite. I'm not trying to 
sell it, but they haven't forsaken us, they've put out the bait...
