[AccessD] Moving on Up

OK,
Listen Guys, I hear what you are saying about C# but I am at heart a coward
and don't want to jump in so deep that I am put off by it all.
So, I have decided to go with Susan's suggestion.
What about the Web Dev stuff?  Do I not need that at this stage?
