"I need to get into the web dev"

...if that's your intent load the web developer version ...its focused on 
asp.net and you can choose to use either C# or vb.net as your code behind.
...the others are focused on desktop development.
...might as well dl SQL Server 2008 Express and learn to use it at the same 
time :)
